Good hotel in the centre of Chengdu
8.0Modern hotel in very central location with wonderful breakfast. Indoor swimming pool was also nice.
− For a 5 star hotel it was strange that at the reception desk when we arrived no one spoke English. Also we had to pay extra for family room because the room we booked on booking.com had beds that were too small for 4 of us.

9.0Firstly, I would like to take this opportunity to extend my sincere appreciate to Ms. Tia and Ms. Bellin for their warmest hospitality. They been helpful throughout my arrival check in and also departure check out respectively. They been caring and demonstrating professionalism throughout my stay. Once again thanks to them both and looking forward to meeting them again if approtunity arises.
− The interior renovation / furnishing is very old otherwise everything is perfect.
