8.0The hotel is really nice but it’s still under construction. It was last time we stayed and still is.
− The construction
It was fine for our needs and short stay. Desk staff was helpful.
7.0Room was clean
− The parking lot was under construction Overflow parking was off site. On site parking was crowded, poorly lit and on dirt. Room was crowded with too much furniture.
I won’t be staying there again.
2.0Location to venue.
− The parking situation was terrible, only 1 elevator working with very long wait times to get on, did not feel clean and there was a strange smell. It felt more like a motel.
It was fun, it was enjoyable.

Convenient to Tanglewood and affordable compared to other places.
7.0Good price compared to others in the area on this holiday. Room clean and good size. No issues. Good idea to offer free water.
− Unfortunate during this stay the front of the hotel parking is dirt and under construction . On July 4th , very busy so it seemed more valets should have been staff that night and day.
Crap
2.0Not happy.
− I was not notified at the time of booking or prior to arrival that the parking lot is under construction. We had to park next door at a bank or do valet and with as much as we were coming and going from the hotel both were inconvenient. Breakfast was not included. And also the pending charge is 25$ more than my confirmation email stated. I’m assuming a deposit but it does not look like it is adjusting at this point. Upon arrival we were also informed that roads would start to be closed off at 8 am for a parade. So we had to get up early to leave. I do not recall being told about any of these things prior to my arrival or at booking. Also only 1 elevator was working For the price we paid for one night… this hotel was less than average. Sorry. If I could get a refund I would be requesting one.
