6.0I had a four night stay at the Garner hotel and each day I asked for my room to be cleaned and it never was. I had to ask a second time each day just to get them to take the trash.

4.0Hotel is tired, carpets are filthy and the whole place badly needs refreshing and renovation. Bed is not comfortable.

8.0The Marriott's bath towels are bigger and better quality than most hotels. They provide several more than the norm. The air conditioner quickly responded to temperature changes. The sheets are also a higher quality and super comfortable. The jacuzzi tub in the room was the main attraction for my stay. I feel they need a better cleaning protocol between quests. The mini fridge was mini, and not operating correctly. The brand they choose only cools for 2 hours straight before it turns off.
