10.0We stopped at the Courtyard in Rocky Mount, NC on our way to see family. While our stay here was very brief (overnight), I wanted to share that: the staff were extremely friendly and helpful (thank you all), the hotel & our rooms were very clean. The best part of our stay were the beds/pillows in our rooms-- they were the absolute BEST beds and pillows at any hotel we've ever stayed at!! We had a great night sleep so we were very well rested for our continuing road trip the next day!! THANK YOU!!

− The bed was terrible, lumpy and uncomfortable. The drain in the tub was all rusty, The carpet on the 3rd floor hallway was stained and worn. Surprised for a Marriott.
