10.0Fantastiskt på så många sätt. Ett av de bästa hotell jag besökt. Servicen är outstanding! Frukostbuffén är amazing!

− Отель не понравился совсем. Очень распиарен, цена высока, а по факту очень грустно. Номера очень старые. Очень маленькие. Завтраки очень скудные и не вкусные. На ресепшен нет никакого бара. Чтобы выпить кофе или вина нужно спускаться по крутым ступенькам к пляжу. Лифта нет!!! Спа , наверное, самое дорогое на острове. Клиентоориентированность тоже не высока. Отель полупустой, и когда я попросила апгрейдить номер, отказали, либо оплата лишняя тысяча долларов. Поэтому поселили на самом верху. Да, в отеле ездят багги, иначе до верха сложно добираться. Каждое утро в 6 часов срабатывает где то сигнализация. Орет так, что просыпаешь сразу и пугаешься. На ресепшене делают удивленные лица. Никто ничего не знает . Пляж да, приватный, но сейчас, в июне купаться невозможно. Огромные волны. Да и в сезон ты особо по пляжу не погуляешь . Очень маленький. В общем, за такие деньги на Пхукете можно и нужно найти отель достойнее во всех смыслах. Оценки поставила не самые низкие, тк наверное есть отели и хуже. Но, тк привыкли отдыхать в отелях 5 звезд, то это конечно, не 5 .

− Primero, me cobraron dos veces en mis tarjetas el cargo de la reserva, y respondían muy mal. Dos días antes les envié todo el respaldo de un delicado accidente en Bangkok, y simplemente me dijeron “no nos importa”(no textual), pero nisiquiera lo vamos a revisar.
