− So first things first me and my family book tape room on sunday , february 8th upon arrival. The lodge doesn't even have a lobby.Lobby is a storage route. Receptionist comes out one of the guest rooms that they have turned into an office. She had a laptop where she checked us in. It seems as though we were the only one staying there and the side we were staying on. Was completely covered with ice, no salt.Put down no safety of any kind.My children could have slipped and fell any time the\nRoom was not very clean and the mattress had stains on it.The lady told us we have no WI.Fi available no ice machine , so if I wanna use the t v I have to hook up to my own hotspot , very unprofessional i did a walk around the building, just to check it out. Notice multiple rooms are storage mattresses, stacked up I feel like I was staying in the war zone in Albuquerque. If you're familiar With the war zone Then, you know how bad it is, me and my family did not stay there that night. Nor did we check out, we did not feel safe. And I did not want to argue or embarrass the receptionist that was there. She stated she has been going through a lot due to that place.Not being maintained properly. Somebody should investigate that property for cleanliness and fully operational. And I checked my bank statement i was charged $347.00 dollars which is twice the amount the room was reserved for. I have tried contacting Via phone call to see why im charged so much all numbers , do not work or disconnected. I WOULD RECOMMEND NOBODY EVER STAY AT THAT PLACE IF YOU DO , STAY THERE SOON, YOU WILL FIND OUT.

The location had a beautiful mountain across the street . There was no one in office , No coffee made , No breakfast ... Horrible experience.

− We walked into an unlocked office . There was not a person around . Our personal sign in record was on top of the counter with my husband name on it for any one to see or sign . Never did see any employees around . So if we would of needed any help WHO would we called POLICE... The bathroom door had a wash cloth to keep it open . The bathtub enamble was peeling bad , The ceiling above bathtub was nasty . Next morning still NO ONE around 10 AM.... We got our personal sign in said that we were leaving . NOT staying another night . Cancel second night . And left to go to another town.

I tried to cancel my reservation because they said they could not give us a ground floor room. My mom is 94 and can't do stairs and they are difficult for me too. We had already decided to cancel when we got that notice and turned around from Española to go back home. It was a hectic morning so when they texted again saying they were able to accommodate us, we had already left a message telling them not to make any other offers, that we were going home and wanted a refund. They can't refund the money but says we will get gift cards. I have yet to see them and I am out $100+!!!

− Listen to my request and follow it accordingly.

At best this is a $50 a night hotel room, everything was disappointing.

Everything was disappointing.

− No staff, no AC, no mini fridge, dirty fabric shower curtain, ill fitting window fan that let in tons of bugs.. old and out dated. Outrageous for the price listed.

Affordable. Available. Clean.

− Bed wasn't very solid feeling and mattress was too soft.

Decent for traveling all day but not what we paid for!

It was clean.

− Paid and booked ahead for a king size bed and let them know that we will be there between 9-10pm. They messaged us back and said that was perfectly fine and when we go there they only had a room with double beds small small small! I went with my husband and they were diffently not big enough for the both of us! I did pay over $150 to get something I did not pay for! But it was late and we had been driving all day so took it anyways.
