6.0Customer service was very responsive.
− The rooms do not match what is advertised. The sheets did not fit the beds properly. The bedding had stains and burn marks. The walls are not well maintained. The mattress could be replaced, i could sometimes feel the bed springs. I found trash under the edge of the bed.
Wouldn't recommend it to anyone
1.0Nothing about it. It took three tries to get a half decent room.
− The house keeper wouldn't clean properly. She stated she would clean better if she was paid more.

− Room smelled terrible, like a wet dog. Was hard to breathe at times, the stench was that bad. The carpet was soaking wet in areas, when I layer towel down to soak it up, it was yellow. I can only assume it was pee from an animal. Cleanliness is not their strong suit. I only needed to basically sleep and take a shower. I wish I would've spent a little bit more money for something better
I enjoy this hotel the staff are great and room is spacious and clean
