8.0We were given an early check in which was nice. Place was clean, breakfast had a nice selection. Only issue we had was a potential security problem. My key card got deactivated by my phone. I went to the desk to get a new one. I told the clerk my room number, and he punch in my number, but for a different floor. When I went back, he redid the card no problem. My only concern is that neither time did he ask me to verify the name on the room or ask me to identify myself.
