4.0Breakfast was good ,issue was dirty bathroom ,spiders in bathtub ,bathtub stopper would not qork,was supposed to have a waterside room ,we did not get one even though

8.0We rented a 2-queen suite. Room could use some updating including the pull-out sofa and a larger tv. Beds were comfortable. Warm breakfast that pretty good. Convenient to the islands and a few attractions.

2.0I wanted to share some of our feedback of your recent stay at your hotel . Overall, our experience was positive , the staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the food and amenities . However, I was very disappointed in our room when we arrived. The room was not cleaned bugs and everywhere , hair in the shower and candy in the beds and on the floor.it made the space feel uncomfortable and not up to your usual standards.
