6.0Property was great. Negatives: When we checked in we were sent to a room that has not been cleaned. Then when we went to go get changed to another room we were told by the front desk staff that we were being reassigned to another room that "was the same" as what we had reserved. Went to that room and it was a double queen instead of a king bed. Had to call the front desk again to get moved and they said they would call us back to find us a different room. When they called, the manager apologized and then said we were being assigned the double queen room. I then asked for a room with a king sized bed and we were moved for the second time. All this took about 1.5 hours and we arrived a full hour after check in time. I asked about any discount for the inconvenience and was told by the manager that "there nothing I can do since you booked through Orbitz". Not a satisfying answer or experience.
