− Cleaning of the room, in particular the replenishment of the towels, needed to go to reception every day to get enough towels for the family
Terrible experience.
1.0− Worst experience with lost and found service. I left my makeup bag in my room during checkout on June 2. Staff found it and I gave my mailing address to TWO different employees with clear instructions to ship it to me. It is now June 29th and I have received NOTHING. No phone call, no email, no tracking number, no apology. I have called multiple times and the manager never calls back. This is complete negligence. Do not trust them with your belongings. Unacceptable service
