− The staff said they would refund me for the stay as we agreed to cancel reservation due to there being dry blood on the sheets and towels. This was not sanitary.

hotel dud not honor reservation
1.0bad experience all around, since we ended up paying twice for a room, was not worth it.
− The hotel did not honor my reservation even though I provided the confirmation number. we had no other option at the time so we had to book another room directly through the hotel, paying again. So we paid twice, once through booking and once through the hotel. It wad not worth 170.00, we could have stayed at a nicer place. Very dissatisfied, waste of money, and Booking did not refund.
