10.0The hotel was very elegant so as the staff and all was great!! And our flight was delayed for a day due to hurricane and as a decent hotel i was refunded for the first night which says a lot!!! Thanks and hope will be back soon!! PS The beach club is amazing!!!

10.0The staff were very pleasant, attentive and helpful. The Jitney to the beach club was convenient. The restaurants on site were all good and the hotel is convenient to Hamilton restaurants and shopping. The room was fine but lacked drawer space to store clothes. I would certainly recommend the Hamilton Princess to anyone looking for a nice beach vacation with great dining options.
