8.0This was a great option for families, there were 5 of us and it had great space and was really comfortable. It was walking distance to town and had everything we needed. We would come back again.
− The only things that weren't great (But also not that problematic) was the shower pressure wasn't great and it just dribbled out and with it being a bit older we had to carry our bags up a few flights to our apartment. But nothing that would stop us staying again.

− A really annoying noise coming from the ceiling all night
The Most Uncomfortable Bed EVER!
3.0The room was very clean and the staff very friendly.
− I have raised this directly with Hurleys before writing this review and I gave them the opportunity to remedy my serious concerns, they have not done this so I am now writing this. We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite, it's dated decor was marginally acceptable but the bed, the bed is by far the most uncomfortable bed I have ever spent my hard earned money to sleep on. It was so saggy that I had to visit the chiropractor. The pillows were equally uncomfortable. The bed absolutely needs replacement and I asked Hurley's to let me know if they were going to replace the bed before anyone else stays in that room, they said they would take it up with the owners and let me know. They have not done this so I feel it is my duty to warn others from booking this room - 211 (Honeymoon Suite). There is also considerable road noise and a lot of light that seeps into the room at night from the sign they have out front of the room, I'm not sure why the sign is illuminated at the back of the sign as the only people who can see that side of the sign are the people staying in the motel, I would suggest Hurley's black the back of that sign out so your guests have less light seeping into the room so very unnecessarily. I would ask directly if they have put a new bed into this room before booking this room, if they haven't, book elsewhere!
