I would use the hotel again if.they would put in garb bars .
8.0Breakfast was ok, a little pricey.
− I did not have grab bars in the shower or around the toilet. I had a hard time using the shower and toilet.

10.0Everything : Customer Service was excellent. My daughter left her backpack in the room after we checked. When we returned to the front desk in 5 minutes, housekeeping had already returned it to the front desk.

4.0The bed was reasonably comfortable.
− For one thing, there was a giant roach in the bathroom on the tissue box. Yuck. More importantly, I was forced to stay because Delta made me miss my flight; I needed a receipt in order to get reimbursed. They told me they would send me a receipt via email, but it's been a week and we still don't have one, despite calling them multiple times to request that they send one to us. It has been very frustrating trying to get this simple task completed.
