10.0We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Royal Victoria Sheffield by IHG. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. Our room was immaculate, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet, well-maintained environment. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of hot and cold options, all presented with care and freshness. The hotel’s facilities were excellent and convenient for exploring Sheffield and the surrounding area. Overall, the exceptional service, spotless rooms, and great amenities made our stay truly enjoyable. We highly recommend Crowne Plaza Royal Victoria Sheffield and look forward to returning on our next visit to the city.

10.0Stayed one night as a party of 4 two separate rooms each with 2 double beds and ensuite bathrooms...the rooms were spotless beds were super comfortable staff were very helpful and friendly when in sheffield again i wont stay anywhere else.
A good hotel for short stay
8.0A very pleasant hotel in a good location with parking. Large, comfortable room, clean. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff was very friendly and polite.

6.0Nice room basic amenities. Unfortunately the room got very hot and to have the window open meant listening to the hotel fans humming all night.
