1.0− Bathroom: mirror damaged, a three fixture light over the sink, only had one working light bulb. The shower wall had missing tile, and the flsubs5ance that was used was cracked and split. No wash clothes were offered. Floors were dirty. Mirrors smeared, wiped with dirty cloth. Beds were comfortable. Basically the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
