Overall, not quite what we were expecting from a Hilton and 4 star hotel. Too disappointed to take any photos.
4.0Location is good. Very near the tube, supermarkets and food.
− The hotel is super dated. Only part that’s modern is the Ground level where the reception is at. Hotel is also undergoing renovation. There’s a musty smell on level 5 where our room was located and room looked very old along with toilet. We had used the cups provided by the hotel for our morning coffee but the cups were not washed or replaced when we got back. It was simply rinsed and we could still see the coffee/ drink stains in the cups and on the spoons.
