Concert in Glasgow
4.0Location was good thats why we booked
− Room unavailable when we arrived. We were going to a concert and allowed to leave bags as room was being cleaned. After concert it was about midnight we were told no room was available and they had double booked. Explained we couldnt drive home that late and had paid for a room. Someone eventually found us a room to slerp in which was like a store room with a double bed. That was not good as we had booked a twin room. Had to sleep with my daughter who is 23. Not appropriate but we were so tired.

− The place is run down, not like the photographs. The staff are friendly. The surfaces in many areas are dirty with grim, including where you eat, toilets and general rooms. The hotel primarily caters for engineering workers which is why the car park was full of large transits and commercial vehicles. Requested verbally and through booking.com for invoices and still not received.

− Only advised of swimming pool being out of order on arrival. Evening meal was clearly just a heat me up and really bad.
