10.0Very easy check-in with some hiccups with key cards (new system being put in during our stay) that was swiftly put right. Breakfast was amazing and top quality, you really can’t do better in Douglas. Staff all very friendly and helpful. The health suite is excellent and has great opening times. Location superb

− Yes it's scruffy in places but overall it's improving. Shame food service stops at 9pm, just a bit early if arriving off a late flight.
