6.0I liked the distance from the ball field to hotel. I really enjoyed the layout of the room and spacious bathroom.
− I didn't like the tone of voice a staff member had when she spoke to me and another staff member. Or the simple fact she questioned if she really needed to come down and help the employee when the said employee called her for help.

− Staff was not friendly. Pool was closed which was the reason for booking that hotel. No ice available. I want a refund
