8.0Kevin the manager was exceptional. He was friendly and helpful and made a gift bag for my daughter's birthday celebration. The room was clean and had the things I needed to host my sleepover. The breakfast is good as well.
− I thought the front livingroom would be slightly bigger based on the photos I viewed. I also had to keep getting extra things like spoons for my guests because there was only one in the room for ice-cream. Extra trash bags because the cans are tiny. We had a birthday sleepover for my daughter and two of her friends.

10.0It was a great experience for me and my family to return staying at this great facility again. I have been staying at least three or four times every year since 2023. Although every facet of service was great, one person in particular was very admirable and exceptional in his amazing support. That was Mr. Kevin Pereira, who was fantastic in his welcoming, kindness, smile, continuous concern about our safety and comfort level by troubleshooting any issues of concern and seeking how to help in any way he could. This behavior was not new to me, but I have been experiencing this kindness every time that I stayed. Thank you, dear Kevin, and will see you next time soon!! .
