− When we arrived, the desk agent Tori was very Nasty. The room that was requested upon booking ( which was booked months in advance) was already assigned to other guest. She or whomever does the room assignment placed me and my wife in a handicap room. We stated too Tori that we don't care for that type of room due to how the bathroom is played out. She refuse too try to accommodate us. My wife was very upset due to the situation. She threatened too cancel my reservations because she said my wife was being loud and rude, which my wife was talking too her a calm as she could. Check in time was 4pm, we didn't get in our unwanted room until 4:45-5:00pm. There was know 100% Satisfaction guarantee. They have a Big sign on the desk that stated they are supposed too make sure that there customers are satisfied. That didn't happen. 2nd. We haven't stayed there in about a year and the pool is never open for the customers too enjoy, the exercise room has the same Treadmill that still broken from about 2 years ago. I like too workout everyday. My exercise routine does not stop just because I'm out of town. As of right now, I will know longer be staying at this property again. The customer service is bad. They need too Terminate Tori. All of the other guest that came after us had an issue. Know one room was ready at the time of check in. This property needs to do better to Satisfy there guest. .

My husband and I traveled to Maryland to attend a wedding. We arrived at the hotel late (9:30ish) to check in, and the staff at the front desk were not friendly. At that time, we were notified that there was a technical issue with their key system and staff would have to let us into our room. The staff who took us up to our room told us to use our cell phones to communicate with each other as one would need to stay in the room while the other one would go to our vehicle to retrieve our luggage. There was a terrible smell when walking off the elevator. When got to our room, the staff key didn’t work so he went back to the first floor. Then my husband returned with one key card for our room. The room was OKAY…they should consider making improvements to the rooms because the water pressure was very very low in the bathroom (toilet, sink, and shower). In my opinion, someone from the hotel should have called to notify us that they were having technical issues with their key system to give us the option to stay there or cancel our reservation. Staff should notify guest that they do not clean their rooms daily or provide clean towels because that small notification on the bathroom mirror is not it. My husband went to the front desk (another rude staff) to request towels for our room and he was advised that we might have to wait until the morning because they didn’t have the key to where the towels were located but when they checked, there were towels available. It wasn’t a terrible experience…just a LOT of INCONVENIENCES at our expense!!

The Spark close by was a much better stay in cleanliness, staff, and peaceful.

− Facility could have been kept up better. Staff was not as friendly as when I stayed at the Spark.
