8.0− The elevator was Hot and seem like door wasn't going to open.
Overall my stay was not good having to either leave someone in my room when I left
4.0The location was excellent, with plenty of amenities and attractions in the immediate vicinity.
− However, I was disappointed by the breakfast service; the staff members were unfriendly, and food items frequently ran out before service had concluded. Furthermore, the staff seemed unwilling to replenish items from the kitchen when requested. Also I had to be let into my room each time I left. My key card would not open my door.
