6.0Price gouging for a last minute stay when my flight was canceled. Very disappointing! Stayed out of desperation and convenience only. Would never pay this much for an average hotel room!
A Good Choice Near Pittsburgh Airport
10.0Overall, I had a good experience at Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh International Airport. The staff was friendly and professional, the check-in and check-out processes were quick and easy, and my room was clean and comfortable. I also appreciated the convenience of having the restaurant available on-site. The only suggestion I have is to provide clearer information for first-time international travelers about how to reach the hotel from the airport, especially regarding the shuttle service and where to find it, if possible in google maps or other applications that are used in the cellphone. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my stay. Thank you for the great hospitality. I had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh International Airport. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the check-in and check-out processes were quick and easy, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I also enjoyed the convenience of having a restaurant available at the hotel. One tip for first-time visitors, especially international travelers: there is a complimentary hotel shuttle that takes you directly to the hotel. The shuttle pickup area is located on the second level of the airport. I didn't know this when I first arrived, so I hope this helps other travelers avoid taking a taxi unnecessarily.

10.0My recent stay at the Hyatt Regency at Pittsburgh airport was excellent. The customer service was of the highest quality: friendly, anticipatory, efficient. The restaurant service was excellent and quality of food and drinks were very good. The front desk staff were informed and managed any request made. I was particularly impressed with the shuttle service- it was waiting for passengers at 5:15am (running 24hrs/day) and the driver was super friendly and informative... especially for that hour of the day. I would highly recommend this hotel when needed between flights in the PIttsburgh area.
Not crazy convenient to airport anymore. Need huge capacity shuttles not those small vans.
