Amazing Property and Staff
10.0The entire staff are amazing - Raffaele, Francesco, Giuseppe, Tomasso, Paolo, Vito, Julia, Gulia & Mariano – to name only a few of the great people that made our stay so memorable. This is an amazing property with views to die for and staff that really care. This was the highlight of our recent trip to Italy - so good we already booked a return trip.

10.0Extraordinary hotel, even the pictures don’t do it justice. The food is excellent, for lunch, dinner and breakfast (as good as a breakfast buffet gets). We stayed in the royal section, with perhaps the most beautiful view anywhere on the balcony. Loved the proper metal switches in the room which give a timeless expensive feel with no screens. Housekeeping was exceptional, I noticed little things done that most hotels wouldn’t do, even at 5 star, such as wiping down the shower door down at turndown if it’s been used, versus just when the room is cleaned. Grazie!

10.0This hotel is the epitome of old school 5 star service. It is evident from the second you walk in that they know what they are doing. It’s hard to write a brief review for a stay so incredible and it would be safe to say, this was the best hotel service I’ve ever had. The amenities are immaculate, the breakfast was sublime, staff always had a smile and nothing was too hard. Rooms turned over twice daily and the location was moments to the most beautiful village. I’m not sure I could have found one tiny thing that wasn’t flawlessly executed! And the night concierge Antonio was such a lovely guy! The the hotel management, bravo on such a 6 star service experience
