8.0The location of the hotel was very good, just round the corner from Harrods, and yet it was an extremely quiet location.
− The doubke room we were in was quite small, the offer of breakfast was either in the room or the lounge, we opted for the lounge as there was absolutely no where to sit in our room other than the bed. The photos on line of the double room looked more spacious with tub chairs and a coffee table, we had neither of those in our room. The hotel also stated that there is a safe in every room, we were in room 10 and there was no safe. So we had to carry any valuables around with us every day. We did mention it to reception, who said they would see about getting one for the room - this never happened! The wardrobe door on the right was unable to open fully due to the top of the door leading out of the room. I wish I'd taken a photo of the floor space to show as it was quite small. I've taken a photo inside the cupboard of presumably where a safe had been, so I wasn't wanting a free standing safe supplied as this would defeat the purpose of a safe if it was movable!!

− Très déçus par cet hôtel qui se présente comme un 4 étoiles ! On nous a demandé 50 £ supplémentaires pour pouvoir accéder à notre chambre à 13 h au lieu de 15 h. Je n’avais encore jamais vu cela, surtout à ce tarif. Le petit-déjeuner est également très décevant : il faut commander et on se retrouve avec un croissant sec, ce qui est loin d’être à la hauteur des attentes pour un établissement de cette catégorie. De plus, il n’y a même pas de minibar dans la chambre. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, nous nous attendions à un bien meilleur niveau de service, de confort et de prestations. Le rapport qualité-prix est franchement décevant.
