6.0− room too noisy, could hear sirens, cars even people on the streets and we where on the 8th floor

9.0Nested in the heart of NoMad (Madison Square North) the hotel is in a prime location to get you everywhere. Set a block from Madison Square Park, two blocks in each direction from Subway stations to anywhere in the city. There were No hidden fees as there is no mini bar and the water bottles in the room and hotel grounds are complimentary, friendliest staff and an included breakfast - this one is a no brainer. The hotel and rooms have a retro 90s decor and feel, which is a nice change from the cold-cut business hotels surrounding it - back to a 'where everybody knows your name' era. Breakfast is continental and satisfactory, if unchanging. The hotel offers complimentary snacks ,coffee and tea thoughout the day and a roof lounge open to guests.
− Not much in the way of dislike, though I'm not a fan of wall to wall carpets in hotels - this one did not bother me much. Also view was of the in-construction building next door. Eggs in breakfast are only hard boiled, no other choice.

Muy buen hotel y perfecta ubicación
8.0Me gusto mucho el hotel. Aunque la habitación era un poco oscura y anticuada de decoración, era amplia y teníamos espacio para todas nuestras cosas. Además la ubicación es perfecta, al lado del.precioso Flatiron Building.

Many-times Repeat customer not blind, not fully satisfied
9.0For the price, I'd appreciate a refrigerator in these two suites where we stay. This weekend, among other obligations, I had to buy 3 lb eels... A refrigerator (as are seen in quotidian motels everywhere in the USA) would have saved me $$ and time, and especially time to enjoy this delightful property
− The big suites, at the very least fetch a premium $$ and fail to deliver true value.
