10.0אני ההיתי חייבת לכתוב את הביקורת הזאת כי המלון הזה פשוט מושלם !!! מהרגע שהגענו קיבלנו חיוכים וקבלת פנים מדהימה בקבלת המלון שאלו לשלומינו ואיך עברה הנסיעה , קבלת החדרים היתה ממש מהירה וקיבלנו חדר דיי מרווח עם מרפסת ומיטה נוחה ונעימה . לאחר מכן ירדנו לאכול ותקשיבו טוב למלון הכל כלול איזה שפע והכל ממש טעים וברמה גבוהה מאוד !!!! ואני בדרך כלל די בררנית אבל היה מושלם מבחר ענקי של אוכל הכולל בזמן האוכל את המזון שיש בבריכה תוך כדי ארטיקים , עוגות , קוקטלים , אלכוהול וברדים ! לאחר מכן התקשרה מישהי מהממת בשם ויקטוריה לשאול עם הכל בסדר ומה אפשר לשפר , לא ראיתי כזה אכפתיות מאורח הרבה זמן כמובן שעוד אחזור ! צוות של אלופים תודה רבה !!

ממליץ מאד לחופשה למלון לגונה..
9.0מלון נקי מאד שגרם לי להרגשה מאד נוחה חטובה . צוות עובדים אם זה המאבטח שבכניסה עד לעובדי המשק כולם קשובים לאורח רוצים לעזור בכל מה שניתן.כל הכבוד..

7.0נקי מאוד צוות שירותי אוכל טעים חדר מרווח מיקום מצוין מיטות נוחות צוות ילדים מקסים, בעיקר עמית הנהדרת שדאגה לקטנים שלנו כמו אחות גדולה.
− אחרי השעה 21 אין שום דבר לאכול. אם וכאשר מוציאים נשנושים לא מעדכנים. מעליות סופר עמוסות. אקוסטיקה גרועה. שומעים את כל מה שקורה בחדרים סמוכים ובמסדרון.
