Sorry and sub par and just disappointing I give these people a lot of money and I don't feel like I

Basically nothing. I regularly stay at this hotel and generally for a 2 star property it's usually ok but the last 2 stays have been sub par.

− well I checked in last night took a shower and in this morning I wanted to get up and take another shower but I was told that I could not have any towels until they washed my dirty ones though 5 hours later still no towels and didn't have a trash can in my room my curtains won't shut or open they're stuck the window is just hanging there open so it's hot there's no safety latch on my door there's no trash can there's no ashtray the room was filthy dirty two out of the three lamps don't have any light bulbs my room is dark there's never any change at the front desk to do laundry or buy a soda and I usually give this property high scores but the last two stays I've asked for things that are included in their amenities like a trash can and ashtray some towels and I'm never ever delivered those items until I go back two or three times this time in the time before I stayed there is so much fighting screaming yelling that it's hard to get rest and relaxation that my freaking window curtain won't shut so I've got son coming in my face and I like a dark room I like it a shade that will shut
