10.0Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel et tenons à remercier chaleureusement toute l’équipe pour son accueil exceptionnel ! Le personnel est adorable, toujours souriant, attentionné et aux petits soins. L’hôtel est idéalement situé pour profiter pleinement de Londres. Notre chambre était certes un peu petite, mais très propre, avec une literie vraiment confortable et une très belle salle de bain. Nous avons également été particulièrement touchés par la délicate attention à l’occasion de notre anniversaire de mariage : un délicieux gâteau nous attendait dans notre chambre à notre arrivée. Une surprise qui nous a fait énormément plaisir ! ❤️ Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour avoir contribué à rendre notre séjour aussi agréable. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et une chose est certaine : lors de notre prochain séjour à Londres, nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir et sans aucune hésitation ! Encore merci pour tout ! 🇬🇧❤️
