A solid stay for the price ans location.
6.0Appreciated the proximity to where I was working. Location was within walking distance to my place of work and to many restaurants and bars. Liked the hotel was off the main strip and down 2-3 blocks which made it a quieter stay. The temperature the room stayed consistently cool however I did hear other guests complain about their A/C not working while passing thru the lobby.
− The linens and the room itself could have been cleaner. I failed to take a picture but the bed skirt of the king-sized bed I had looked as if it hadn't been washed in months. Clear and visible stains of some kind all over it.

− MOLD The ac didn’t work in both rooms we booked, the best they could do was give us a fan ( took 2 hours to get a fan after asking twice ) the room was so muggy that everything in it was damp. There was MOLD in the bathroom roof and even more mold that was painted over. I booked 2 king suits and 1 room was so much nicer than the other. Floors were filthy . The hall had broken glass . The elevator is like it’s about to break . The light was hanging off the wall. The bathroom door didn’t close.

8.0Been there before, room and beds are very comfortable.
− The room temperature did not cool down as I would have liked and the courtyard had many rats running through it when I walked through it in the evening, not really the hotels fault, I would assume just New Orleans since the trash cans are on the street.
