10.0La cercanía con todo, la atención del personal del hotel es excelente tan así que decidimos quedarnos dos noches más. La limpieza del cuarto me gustó mucho y las camas muy cómodas, el clima sirve perfecto . En fin estamos muy a gusto 😃

6.0メトロ駅が目の前でバスターミナルへも近い。 コンビニがすぐそばに2軒あり、露天のタコス屋や道路を渡った先に飲食店があるので飲食には困らず。 W杯期間だったからか、セントロでも治安には問題がなかった。
− シャワーがちょろちょろとしか出ず、髪や体を洗うのに時間がかかります。 備品はバスタオルのみでグラスはなく歯磨きの際に不便でした。 車通りに面した部屋だったためクラクションの音が聞こえた。

満足です。
7.0フロントスタッフの対応が素晴らしかった。 特に夜勤で働いていた英語を話す男性。 昼間の女性二人も言葉が通じなくても一生懸命説明してくれた。 公共のスペースも清潔感があって良かった。
− メキシコのホテル滞在は初めてでしたが部屋の掃除が行き届いていなかったと感じました。 トルティーヤチップスなどが床に落ちていた。
