9.0Easy access to the main roads an the location to walkable areas.
− Pool was closed for most of are stay for cleaning.
Nice place to stay, but a bit overpriced for the quality. Housekeeping is very very good, though! Very clean!
4.0Location is great! Staff are helpful. The beds are comfortable. Housekeepers are TOP-NOTCH! The room was VERY CLEAN!
− The bathroom in our suite was AWEFUL. Black mold around the shower floor…paint peeling from the ceiling in 2 places…walk-in shower let water out onto the floor - we had to use most of the provided towels to contain it from going onto the carpet or puddling around the toilet. The water handle for the shower was very loose and with no words or even colors to know which way to turn for hot and cold. This was the worst experience we’ve had at La Quinta, and we’ve stayed there many many times! Each time we returned was worse than the previous stay, but we continued to hope for the best and continued to book our stay there. No more! It’s sad to see this fine hotel deteriorate to a Super 8 or Best Western quality. Any further deterioration will deem it a Motel 6. SAD! If I remember correctly, our room was 130. We had booked 2 nights there and absolutely did not want to stay another night so we canceled and went to another, better hotel down the street. For over $160 per night these issues were unacceptable.
Go somewhere else
4.0Checked in and it went downhill from there. There was food all over the floor in our room as well as the halls. The room was scorching hot because the AC was turned off and the shades were open. Closed the shades only to see there were holes all in the blackout curtains. Breakfast room was super hot, would love to have had coffee but not happening. Food was not great either. Shower curtain bar was loose and about to fall off. TV was super small. If I had not been exhausted, we would have left and gone somewhere else. For over $200, this was not worth it!!

7.0Breakfast was great, the staff was great, hotel was clean except the elevator floor and some hallways. Our room was by the icemaker and people got ice well after midnight. People were also very noisy in the halls. We stayed for a soccer tournament so I’m sure that’s why things were a little noisy. No fault of the hotel. I was actually surprised at how much I liked this hotel! For the price it was very nice.
− Ice machine close to my room. Very noisy late at night. Could they lock the door at 11 so people wouldn’t get ice so late?
Staff was great, amenities were great, beds were good and we enjoyed our stay here.
7.0Pool and outside area were great and our family loved it!
