Excellent hotel!
10.0Great place to stay. The valet Arielle was very sweet, though I didn't valet. The bartender Tamica was very friendly and funny and Ashley at the front desk was an absolute darling to my husband and I. The noise outside probably would have been louder if we were on a lower floor, but overall I cant complain about anything!
Wonderful Service
10.0Stayed at Hotel Indigo recently and had such a great experience. Aerial with valet was amazing , always super timely, friendly, and on top of everything. Ashley at the front desk made sure my stay went smoothly and was so welcoming from the start. Tamika at the bar was also incredibly sweet and accommodating. You can tell this team really cares about their guests. Definitely appreciated everyone’s kindness and hard work!
Wonderful Hotel!
10.0All the employees were very friendly. Even helped get my room colder for the summer! And the Valet Ariell was very nice and took such great care of my vehicle. If your looking for a nice, Hotel, with pleasant staff. Nice in house breakfast, and a nice atmosphere. This would definitely be the place!

10.0The hotel was awesome but I would like to brag about our valet service, her name was Ariell and she was always there to help with anything she could even if it was nothing but opening the door for you. All of the staff was excellent

10.0Normally don’t like to use valet parking, but in this case Ariel and the other attendant made it a pleasant experience. Great service from all the staff at Hotel Indigo in Birmingham.
