The staff was very nice, but the room was disgusting.
3.0The staff was very nice. The breakfast was okay, but we chose to eat out for 3 out of the 4 days.
− As soon as we opened the door to the room, we were met with a very strong odor of mildew. The room was so humid that the bedding and towels even felt damp. The carpet felt completely disgusting and had to keep shoes on our feet. The air conditioner was set to 60 degrees and running, so it was a cold humidity. We left the air conditioner on and the bathroom fan running the entire 4 night stay. This did not really seem to help, but we had to try something, as it was in the 90's with air quality warnings outside, so opening the windows was not an option. We had to keep our clothes in our closed suitcases, for fear that our clothes would absorb the smell. When we arrived, we were in a hurry to get to an event and the hotel was full, so there was no way of getting another room.
We’ll be back next summer!
10.0The pool was quiet and available. The AC was working! We needed to get out of the heat— only reason for staying. A very pleasant getaway for my granddaughter and me.

The pool renovation work is being carried out from 23rd March, 2023 until the 28th of March, 2023. Guests will be unable to access the swimming pool area during this period. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
