A comfortable, clean stay with friendly staff and in a convenient location.
8.0The room was clean, comfortable, and provided everything I needed for a good night’s rest. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location made it easy to get around Dubuque. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a good value for the price.
− The facilities are a bit dated and could use some updates, but everything was clean and functional.
Everything was acceptable except the very dirty carpet.

5.0It’s nestled in a quiet spot
− No views whatsoever. Our room felt damp the entire time we were here, and smelled AWFUL. We didn’t know if it was mold, concrete, wet dog- just too many nasty smells. Small cramped rooms. Outdated. Asked for housekeeping to come in the middle of our stay and they didn’t even make the beds. Sheets had holes in them.
