10.0This is a small, older hotel. The furnishings are well used, but in good, clean condition. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and new looking. It was quiet and comfortable and breakfast was good.

A great option right off the interstate
8.0Didn't have much time for breakfast but what I did have was pretty good. Biscuits and gravy and a scrambled egg dish. Glancing around the breakfast area, it looked like they had a bit of everything. The breakfast area is very cramped. But I normally eat in my room anyway, so not a big deal. The hotel is a bit dated and so the walls and ceilings aren't as sound-proof as a pricier hotel. But, not terrible either. The bed was very comfortable. The TV must have a million channels available. The best part was the staff. I needed a late check out as I was running the very popular Bix 7 race here. They ended up delaying the start of the race and I was worried I wouldn't get back, showered, and checked out on time. But the front desk folks were very understanding and couldn't have been nicer. Honestly, the staff, the location, and the reasonable price makes this hotel a hidden gem. I'll likely stay here again.
