9.0A senhora que nos atendeu no momento do check in foi muito atenciosa e educada. Tivemos um problema com a aprovação do pagamento no cartão, ela continuou sorridente e paciente até resolvermos. Nos explicou tudo da acomodação. Os demais recepcionistas da hospedagem foram pouco gentis, mal respondiam ao nosso bom dia. Todos os dias as camareiras abasteciam a geladeira com lanchinhos, sucos, frutas, iogurtes, barrinha de cereal, chá e café. A localização é fenomenal. Muito perto do Costanera Center e do Mut, o que nos facilitou muito em relação à locomoção.
