Awful stay, no AC, poor customer service! Never staying here again.
1.0− The room had no AC, it was very hot in the 90s and because there was a wildfire very nearby (1.5 miles away), we couldn’t leave windows open because of the smoke! Despite the other buildings having available rooms, they would not move us to a room that had AC because of the “booking type!” We could not sleep it was so hot throughout the night! I asked twice to be moved to a room with AC and they said I could “rebook another room.” Very poor customer service! Never staying at this property again, and we visit nearly every year.
Started out rough
8.0When you book through other companies (VI) you get put in the #1 building that has no AC and no elevators. For older individuals, this is something to note and why our stay started out rough. All other buildings on the property have those two amenities. We were moved to another building after speaking with the front desk.

6.0− unit very outdated. needs new carpet and kitchen not well equipped. the heat in our bedroom didn't work properly. they came twice to fix it and it worked only for a few hours and broke again.

− Have staff deal with trash so it is secured from animals getting into it. It's not their fault that for having the opportunity to dig into it.
