8.0Location was great. We were traveling with little ones and LOTS of stuff so having a lower-level suite with kitchen was perfect. It was quiet, loved the pool and hot tub. Staff was amazing.
− My only complaint about the room is it really needs a ceiling fan. It was so hot at night I needed to sleep on the couch with my 2-year-old grandson. They had a large box fan, but it was so noisy. My son lent us an oscillating fan from his room the last night and it helped. Wish they had better restaurant at the hotel that more was family friendly, but having the kitchen made it nice. I thought all the suites had washer and dryers which was noted, but this one did not. Luckily my son's suite did, and we were able to dry all the wet clothes.
It was OK, I know what questions to ask to ensure the accommodations better meet my needs.
8.0I was pleasantly surprised that Housekeeping came in and changed the bathroom towels. I have been under the impression that there wasn’t Housekeeping for a limited stay. The bed was comfortable we didn’t use the sofa bed so I don’t know about that one. I like the high ceilings and if the weather has been cooler, I might abuse the fireplace. It was a nice touch.
− I’m not a fan of harsh LED lighting. I would have preferred an upper level. I couldn’t get the television in the living area two get out of guest mode, but it was late at night and I didn’t want to disturb anyone. I thought for the price and the description I would be in the unit units that were closer to the bayfront.

Don’t rent a room where you have neighbors above you. You’ll hear everything.
5.0Great location and great bay view, the appliances were up to date and all worked. Arrived to a nice clean room and the staff were very friendly.
− Upstairs neighbor was very noisy the ceiling not very insulated so you can hear everyone walking around. Would wake you up pretty early if they go their day started early in the morning. Also ant problems.
