− The apartment was in need of a better clean and some general maintenance needed doing. When we arrived the dishwasher was full of dirty water, presuming there was something wrong with it so we didn't use it!

− Car park level marking on the wall was small, I ended up at the wrong level. Writing on the wall should be big enough for everyone to see it easily.
