It was a disaster, imagine arriving exhausted and still can't get rest.

− checked in around 11pm, I booked for a 2 queen bedroom , and was given a 1 queen bedroom. When i asked the desk they said 2 bedroom is fully booked that's why i got the 1BR. This is unacceptable, me and my friend haf to call other hotel rooms and move to another hotel in the middle of the night.

− No room service, no towels in the room, not too many options on food.

8.0nice view, the TV remote batteries were dead and we couldn't turn off the TV
− I did a little gambling and forgot to cash out my ticket. so I traded you cash for a worthless piece of paper. Their was no staff at the desk to check out, and we waited around an hour just to check in.
