8.0− Me escribieron por vía WhatsApp a pedir que les pase los detos de la tarjeta de crédito através de ese chat (cuando la opción estaba para realizar el pago directamente en el hotel) lo que me parece un absurdo! Me querían cancelar la reserva. JAMÁS se puede pedir una información sensible así por medio de un chat, sin importar si es el número oficial del hotel o no (no existe garantías cuando es por WhatsApp). Realizaré un reclamo oficial sobre esa situación.
