10.0La chambre parfaite pour 4 personnes Super calme, pas de bruit, et propre! Petit déjeuner parfait avec préparations à la demande par des cuisiniers en direct. Personnel à l’écoute.
− Les 150€ de débit immédiat en carte en « caution » en Check-in. A priori, comme nous l’ont expliqué le personnel, c’est dans la police intérieure de l’hôtel. Néanmoins, ce n’était pas précisé sur Booking quand nous l’avons réservé. Ça aurait été gentil de me prévenir à l’avance. Je pense qu’il s’agit d’un devoir d’information à préciser au client.. normalement il doit être reversé prochainement après la sortie de l’hôtel chek-out. En attente…

8.0Mooie en schone kamers. De ligging is fijn,, vlak bij 2 verschillende metro lijnen. Ruime ontbijt keuze aan het buffet.
− Potpourri geur in de lobby is echt te sterk. De muffins, pannenkoeken en wafels aan het ontbijt zijn erg droog. In de directe omgeving weinig andere eet mogelijkheden.

8.0J'ai aimée le buffet à volonté qu'il y a pour le petit déjeuner. Il y a assez de place dans la chambre, et l'emplacement n'est pas incroyable, mais il n'est pas terrible quand même. C'est globalement bien.
− L'emplacement n'est pas incroyable. Il manquait une serviette et la télévision ne marchait pas du tout. Il manque le chocolat chaud. Il y a bien un chocolat au lait chaud, mais c'est moins bien.
