10.0We have stopped in this hotel a few times,it is very good location for shopping ,food,nightlife,the rooms are always clean,everything you need
− One of the lifts was not working,very busy so waiting for the lift,we was on 5th floor We had the breakfast,was not impressed,with the choice of hot foods ect,we have had a better breakfast here before

9.0The location was perfect for what we needed, close to Liverpool Lime Street Station, close to the Empire Theatre, and a 7 minute walk to Mathew Street. The hotel rooms was perfect, clean, spacious with everything you need, food and drink was reasonably priced for an hotel. Parking is also available just 30 seconds away, directly across from the hotel on a Q Parking multi storey carpark.
