6.0酒店大廳和裝潢非常有度假氣氛，所有服務人員都非常親切，還有週年紀念的小驚喜，感到十分貼心。
− 客房的「織布沙發」很不乾淨，入住第二天和第三天都發生皮膚過敏，後面幾天完全不碰沙發就沒有過敏了。此外，浴室的淋浴間的玻璃門，變形無法密合，導致洗澡會漏水到浴室地板，也是很困擾。

7.0今回、台風9号と重なってしまい最悪の旅行となったが、ロビーの日本人コンシェルジュの方が、店舗の営業情報やバスの運休等親切丁寧に調べてくれてとても助かった。宿泊した部屋が台風の影響で水漏れし、ベットが濡れるまさかの状況であったが、部屋の交換をしてくれた。クラブラウンジも台風の影響で使用不可となったが、1階のレストランを使用することができた。台風の中でも、ホテルの従業員の方々は本当によく働いてくれていたと思う。
− ・予約時のリクエストは「静かな部屋」ではなく「クラブラウンジがある21階の部屋」です。 ・自分の宿泊した部屋は20階であったのに、天井から雨漏りするのはちょっと怖い。窓の隙間が大きく、台風の影響で窓際どころか、かなりの部分まで床が濡れて、部屋の湿気が恐ろしかった。交換してくれた18階の部屋は全く台風でも雨の心配がない部屋だったので、当たりはずれが激しい。 ・台風の影響だと思うが、エアコンが効かなかったり、Wi-Fiが繋がりにくかったりした。 ・21階のクラブラウンジの代わりにレストランを利用させてくれたが、アルコールの提供がなく、残念だった。
