10.0كانت إقامة راقية ومريحة تجاوزت توقعاتي. الفندق هادئ جدًا، والغرف نظيفة ومريحة، وجميع الموظفين كانوا ودودين ومتعاونين طوال فترة إقامتي. كما أسعدني اهتمام الفندق باحتياجات الضيوف المسلمين، حيث كانت الغرفة مجهزة بسجادة صلاة ونسخة من القرآن الكريم، بالإضافة إلى وجود شطاف في الحمام، وهي تفاصيل صغيرة لكنها أحدثت فرقًا كبيرًا في راحتي. الموقع ممتاز وقريب من أماكن التسوق والمطاعم، ومع ذلك يتمتع الفندق بأجواء هادئة. أشكر جميع العاملين على حسن الضيافة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل، وسأكون سعيدة بالإقامة فيه مرة أخرى عند زيارتي القادمة إلى لندن
