8.0Their breakfast needs to be over at a later time. Many people come right at 9:00 or a little later. They should in their breakfast at 9: 30am at least...

4.0Executive suite does not have a double pull out couch. Only a single. Be careful when booking to ensure it fits your needs. Stains on lamp shades

6.0There was a fire alarm one morning at around 8:30, which appropriately summoned the fire department. When they allowed us back in after clearing the building, it was just before 9 AM which is the cutoff time for the breakfast. As we got back in the kitchen staff was asking the food away, and I asked if we could get a few extra minutes because of the evacuation order, and she said "no, over at 9AM". She was not fluent in english, and I'm assuming she thought she must totally follow her instructions to close, but perhaps the management could do more instruction on customer service and how to deal with an uncommon situation. Also, the premade breakfast sandwiches were barely edible. Everything else during our stay was pretty good!

6.0Just ok accommodations. Stains on couch and lamp shades. Whole building fire alarm set off by bacon - staff didn’t react, probably happens often. Wouldn’t stay there again.

10.0Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was super nice. Hot tub was not working and there is no roof top garden or bar
