7.0Most of the staff was nice and patient. Breakfast was good with the waffles. Loved our room!
− Pool had missing tiles and the chemicals were STRONG! There was only one option for meat - sausage. I’m a bacon girl but it’s fine. Only 2 flavors of yogurt- peach and red raspberry, is that normal? Idk. When we checked in the night we got in to Dallas, the chick at the front desk wasn’t the most patient or friendliest, but everyone after her was. On the night before we left, I had asked housekeeping if I could get 2 towels- because housekeeping never came by, and the person told me no. I said okayyyy well can I get one? And she handed me a towel… that was odd. Should I have asked front desk instead? Idk. Hotel is outdated for sure. Oh! There was water on the floor in the fitness center and just seemed like an after thought. But once a guest let staff know about the water, they did handle the issue efficiently.
